This season our favorite new foods are really old favorites --- beans, lentils, root vegetables, free range turkey and chicken, and seasonal fruits like apples, pumpkins, pears, and dates.  When cooler weather beckons, nothing calls to us like hearty soups and stews that easily incorporate all of these favorite tastes and textures.  Try our Outrageously Good Ratatouille, Crab Pot Pie, or Chicken Stew with Cornbread. 

As always, no meal is complete without one of Cathedral Catering's homemade desserts.  My favorite is the Three Pear Tart --- and the Pumpkin Cake --- and the Apple, Pear & Cranberry Crisp --- and, oh well, I love them all!
