HOW WE OPERATE; HOW YOU BENEFIT
PRICING Our pricing is flexible based upon the number of guests at your event, the changing costs of seasonally available produce and seafood, and any cost savings we incur as a result of bulk ordering that can be passed on to you. For this reason, we price each catering job individually and are happy to give you a per person quote once you have selected a menu and event date, and have an estimated guest count.
YOUR BUDGET Many clients have a budget in mind, but are unsure about their menu selection. We are happy to compile several menus for you to consider based upon the budget information you provide us. These menu ideas can serve as a starting point for further discussion and a final selection that satisfies both your appetite and your budget.
OUR PRODUCT At Cathedral Catering we care about the food we serve you as well as the world we live in. For this reason, we use fresh organic produce and meats, as well as free-range organic poultry and fresh wild seafood. We purchase only free-trade, organic whole bean coffee. And unless specifically requested by the client, we do not use disposable containers, but rather a collection of artful ceramic, wooden, crystal, and stainless platters and bowls.
